A what?
A lifestyle hacker. My path to yoga began with a personal quest: seeking a daily practice that truly fit my ever-changing needs.
My approach weaves together diverse experiences from across the globe—from Italy to Europe, the Pacific, Asia to Africa—and draws upon my personal experiments with different lifestyles and routines in management consulting and international development, and as a (happiest and sleep-deprived) new mom. I am not always sitting on the mat, and I continuously test possible and impossible routines and combinations for my mind and body to be ultimately happy in the chaos of it all.
I discovered the power of mindful movement that changes with my circumstances and makes me feel my happiest, healthiest self. Through conversations with colleagues across various fields, I realized many were seeking the same.
I combined my expertise in yoga medicine and aerial yoga with practical wisdom and mindful adaptation tailored to individual needs—and here I am, teaching yoga. Because we're all seeking that path to feeling our best in the midst of life's beautiful chaos.
